I will certainly return at least one more time but if this situation reoccurs, that'll be it for The Vault. The man who served us our food was perfectly fine as was another friendly young woman who checked on us. She continued to exhibit a sullen, somewhat confrontational and odd manner throughout our visit.
When I mentioned to her that on a visit last month, I was given a menu, she very begrudgingly got us 4 menus. The waitress, initially actually refused us our menus.

None of us knew how to use these codes and even if we did, we prefer reading menu choices on a larger format rather than on our tiny phones. When we saw that instead of menus qr codes were available, we requested actual menus. We are all women in our sixties and seventies. Today I wanted to introduce 3 visiting friends to The Vault. wait staff has always been perfectly fine - friendly and helpful. This is fantastic for people like me who like beer but feel the effects quickly. I have also been delighted that smaller sizes of their beer are often available.
I really enjoy the tasty, creative and reasonably priced selections. As parents of a 3 yr old, we often feel out of place when we take our kid out to dinner but not here! Thank you for an incredible experience! More While the service was quick, we never once felt rushed. I have never, EVER had better and quicker service than this in my entire life! Not only was it quick but everything was filled with flavor and fresh. Everything we ordered was delicious and well made. Quickly after, our Buffalo cauliflower and pizza arrived. The beers were all delicious and the dry rosè was fruity but definitely not sweet. Our waitress came by and was just as surprised, saying that she had JUST put our order in. Not even kidding when I say that the charcuterie was at our table in less than 3 minutes. We placed orders for the wine, a flight of beer, the charcuterie, Buffalo cauliflower and pizza right away. I asked to sample a wine and she was back with the taste in no time. appeared with three waters (one of which was in a cup with a lid and straw for the kid).
We were immediately sat at a table in the back and less than 60 second later, a super sweet waitress. I’d give this place 10 stars if I could! We were in town for our first trip to Sesame Place with our 3 yr old.
